Our jewelry is made to order just for you. Because each piece is produced on demand, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind or an incorrect shipping address. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, we will make it right: email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we will arrange a free remake at no cost to you. Orders enter production the next business day after payment and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
